Old Town Alexandria

Old Town Alexandria is what I imagine every U.S. city would look like if they were as old as many European cities. The cobblestone roads and narrow town homes are other-worldly. I’ve never been anywhere like Old Town, and while I suspect many of the locals would like to keep their microcosm of colonial America to themselves, the urge to photograph every colorful door and brick facade was simply too great.
